My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were all lovely, but I did notice a mouldy blind in the bathroom, which wasn't the best considering the price. However, the room had some nice touches like lovely chocolates and Molton Brown products, making the experience excellent.

The service at the hotel was of the highest standard. The staff were very polite and helpful, although a bit on the expensive side. I would definitely like to stay again.

The location of the hotel was also very nice, especially being just a few miles outside Tetbury and a mile from Prince Charles' garden at Highgrove. It could do with a bit more colored plants and flowers, but it's perfectly situated between Westonbirt and Highgrove.
